OUR SERVICES & TRAININGS

Our Healthcare provides a range of services for a variety of clients - from Public Sector Bodies and Private Blue Chip organisations, to SME’s and private individuals. we are able to offer a wide range of agency services, including Healthcare, Personalised Care, Locums, Childcare and Permanent Placements, which includes personnel ranging from Doctors, Nurses and Care Assistants, through to Support and Childcare workers. 

  • General Nurses

  • Health Care Assistants or Carers to private clients in their own homes, to the National Health Service, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes and Social Services.

Our care packages start from 6 hours a day to complete 24 hour continuous care. Live-in care packages are also available on request. By working closely with you and your family members, our staff will be able to assist you in making your own choices and decisions. Where a package of care is in the home, a full assessment will be carried out to ensure nothing is missed and the care package meets your specific requirements.

Person centred planning is the cornerstone of the government drive to ensure that people keep as much control as possible over their lives. This includes when they need care and support. The emphasis on wellbeing, self-care and needs and preferences are core within the Act. The full involvement of the person in all discussions decisions and how services should be delivered must fully reflect their needs and preferred way of meeting those needs.

This policy on vaccination applies to all staff who might contract an infectious illness through the course of their work, which is preventable through immunisation following the Code of Practice for Health and Adult Social Care on the Prevention and Control of Infections and Related Guidance issued by the Department of Health.

Food Hygiene/Food Safety Awareness.

This organisation believes that the provision of a healthy, nutritious and balanced diet for its Service Users is of vital importance. The organisation also believes that, with respect to food provided within the service or brought into the service, there is a duty to ensure that all staff and Service Users should be kept as safe as possible from food poisoning, and food-related illness, by the adoption of high standards of food hygiene and food preparation

Safeguarding Adults

This organisation also recommends that its staff make arrangements to have access to independent legal advice in the event of any involvement in allegations as whistleblowers or as people against whom allegations are made. They are encouraged to do this through membership of a trade union or professional organisation that includes legal advice as part of its services.

Safeguarding Children

This organisation is aware of its obligations under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) 2010 to protect and safeguard children who, whilst not patients, sometimes accompany patients, their representatives or families, and are be present during delivery of the service. This policy sets out the responsibilities of staff in relation to any allegation of abuse involving children that may be witnessed by staff whilst in the employ of this organisation.
